2. Q: What's your delivery time for all steel radial tires?
A: For quantity less than 2 containers,we can finish delivery in 10days. For large quantity, it depends on mold amount, we will arrange the production as soon as possible when we got your advanced payment.
3. Q: What's your MOQ for all steel radial tires?
A:The MOQ is 40HQ with mixed sizes and patterns.
4.Q: What certificates do you have for all steel radial tires ?
A: CCC,DOT,GCC, ISO,ECC,ECE ,SNI ,SASO and NOM .
5.Q: Do you provide OEM service?

Inspection and claims
If the buyer finds that the tire specifications and quantities do not match the orders, the buyer shall send a written notice to the seller and provide corresponding supporting materials within 15 days from the date of arrival of the goods at the port to Party A to negotiate for handling.
If the seller fails to receive written notice from the buyer within the above-mentioned period, it shall be deemed that the buyer has received the agreed specifications and quantities of goods, and the buyer has no right to raise any further objections.
Quality claims
The seller shall produce products in accordance with Chinese national standards and the quality standards stipulated by the European Union ECE. If there are manufacturing defects in the products, the buyer has the right to provide relevant quality tire information to the seller for compensation. The seller shall reply within one week after receiving the information. If there is a quality problem(manufacturing defects only), the seller shall provide the the buyer with compensation.
